Our Mommy and Me postpartum barre, yoga, and strength training workouts include:
60-minute sessions of either barre, yoga, and strength training exercises or a mix of a few.
A focus on postpartum-specific exercises that target your core, pelvic floor, and other muscles that may have weakened during pregnancy and childbirth.
A supportive and welcoming environment where you can connect with other new moms and receive guidance and encouragement from me.
